Phlanx

Phlanx is a marketing platform designed to connect influencers and brands, manage contracts, and measure engagement across social media channels.

Role

Worked as Product Designer on a Kanban team of 1 developer, 1 project manager, and 1 stakeholder.

Design Process

My approach followed a structured UX process:

  • Empathize: Stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, competitor analysis
  • Define: Problem statements, user journeys
  • Ideate: Information architecture, user flows
  • Design: Wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, visual design
  • Tools: Figma, FigJam, Trello

Problem

Redesigned a feature to enhance user management of influencer accounts and data visualization for brand marketing campaigns.

Solutions

Enabled users to add multiple social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram), view detailed metrics, filter data by period, and export reports.

Improved charts, data visibility, and interface consistency using design system principles.

Challenges

Iterated multiple design concepts to meet both user needs and technical feasibility.

Results
